Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device and browser/app version help a lot.
Purchases & restore
For Pro purchase or restore issues, mention the platform (web, Android, iOS) and the email of the account you signed in with.
Feature requests
Tell us the problem behind the request — what you were trying to do when you missed the feature. That context shapes what gets built.
One thing we can never help with: recovering maintenance data that existed only on a lost or wiped device. Odobook stores records locally by design and we hold no copy — please export to CSV regularly (it's free) as your backup.
